Tile is a craft of sequencing — substrate, waterproofing, layout, edges, grout. Skip a step and it shows in five years. We don't.

Custom curbless showers, full waterproofing, finished to spec. Schluter-Kerdi waterproofing systems, mitered 45° edges, large-format porcelain on walls and floors. From a single shower rebuild to a full master ensuite.

Mosaic, subway, slab — set straight, grouted clean. Tight outlet cuts, level layout, epoxy grout when the kitchen needs to take a beating. Done in two days for most residential kitchens.

Entryways, kitchens, living spaces — engineered to last. Self-leveling underlayment, decoupling membranes, and the right thinset for the substrate. We don't skip the boring step that makes floors not crack.

Ditra-Heat and Nuheat systems, tested before tile goes down. Warm bathroom floors that work twenty winters from now. We integrate the heat layer with the waterproofing so nothing fails because two trades didn't talk.

Floor-to-ceiling porcelain slabs, cleanly mitered. Large-format slabs that read as a single sheet of stone. Heat-rated thinset, careful substrate, no visible seams where they shouldn't be.

Two to four days for tile work on a standard residential bathroom — tear-out and substrate prep included. Larger ensuites or curbless builds run a bit longer; we'll give you a real timeline before we start.
Either way works. Most clients pick their own tile from a showroom — we'll happily walk through choices with you. If you'd rather we source it, we can.
Yes. Free in-home estimates across Winnipeg. For smaller jobs you can text photos and rough measurements and we'll quote from those.
We carry liability insurance and full WCB Manitoba coverage. We're Schluter-certified and trade-school trained. Manitoba doesn't license tile installers — credentials and insurance are what protect your project.
About a week is typical. Smaller jobs we can sometimes start the same week. Bigger renos book further out — text us and we'll give you the next opening.
Yes. Tear-out, debris removal, and substrate prep are part of the job — you don't have to coordinate a separate contractor.
Twelve months on workmanship. Tile and grout manufacturer warranties pass through to you on top of that.
Deposit on start, balance on completion. We accept e-transfer, cheque, and cash.
